Milica Kovačević

Milica Kovačević, President of CDT coordinates EU and NATO related programs. She has been active in the civil sector in Montenegro for almost two decades. Her expertise includes elections, parliamentary development, institutional capacity development, civic participation, campaigns and communications for non-profits. As a trainer and consultant she has worked with numerous civil society organizations in the countries of the Western Balkans, Eurasia and the Middle East, and helped them develop strategic goals and plans, plan civil actions and campaigns, develop partnerships and implement internal reforms. Since 2012 she coordinated the work of the Info Center on Euro-Atlantic Integration in Podgorica, and participated in numerous projects that analyzed Russian and Chinese soft power and the influence of corrosive capital in the Western Balkans.
